Adeola Daniyan earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University in California. His clinical experiences involve inpatient and outpatient care. While working as a nurse assistant prior to becoming a Physical Therapist, Adeola noticed that patients benefited more from a wellness than medicinal approach to improve their physical conditions. He believes that wellness and preventive care should be at the forefront of therapeutic treatment in order to maintain a long term active and healthy lifestyle. The habit of becoming aware of and making choices toward optimizing one’s well being will reduce and prevent future injury and disease. “It’s not about fixing after it’s broken but about learning to prevent future injuries.”
One of Adeola’s favorite pastime is working on cars. He enjoys remodeling and repairing classic cars. He also loves traveling with his wife and exploring international cuisine. Of all the countries he visited, Guam is number one on his list. “The turquoise ocean, soft sand and endless sunshine keep this small island beautiful all year round.” Aside from spending time with his wife, the other key to his happiness is spicy food, especially Jamaican food.
